The AVIAN engine powering AccelaStudy® AI is protected by 49 patent filings covering 1158 claims across adaptive-learning, knowledge-graph, cross-domain-transfer, and assessment-integrity technologies. The portfolio originated with the Adaptive Vector Intelligence and Network provisional filed October 27, 2025 with the USPTO; subsequent applications cover real-time proficiency modeling, sub-millisecond knowledge-model updates, exam-readiness prediction, cross-domain knowledge transfer, synthetic-content validation, federated sovereignty, and policy governance.
The 49 filings are organized into 12 product clusters — each a branded subsystem of the AVIAN platform. Branded names use the ™ mark where applicable.

He shipped the App Store's first language flashcards app, AccelaStudy®, on opening day in 2008, growing Renkara® into a company with 30 million downloads and 300+ published apps.
